I propose a Wilders tax
Wednesday, September 16th, 2009 23:56 pm

Ah yes, our wonderful Dutch politician, Geer Wilders. A populist at best, but I'd rather call him the country idiot. Complete moron also describes him very well.

"What did he do this time?" you might ask. Well, today he proposed a new tax. "Ah, a tax on non-rechargable batteries?" Nope. "Then it must be a tax on fuel-heavy cars?" Nope. The proposal is a tax on the scarves that some Muslim women wear. He actually thinks it's a good idea to charge them €1000 per year to allow them to wear a head scarf. A license to scarf, I guess.

I'm not joking, if that's what you're thinking. He actually said that. Yesterday, the plans of the current government were made public and, as they should, the opposition disagrees with most of it. Nothing special there. So they were discussing it today and there it was, a scarf tax. He feels head scarves 'litter' the view of the streets in Holland. Together with mosques and Muslim men with 'long beards and dresses'.

Now, I'm not the person to start talking to about religion. I think it divides people and causes nothing but problems and the world would be better off without any religion. But come one, how can you be such a complete and utter racist moron to even make a suggestion like this?

I need to stop, he's winding me up too much. But before I go, I propose a Wilders tax. Anyone who empathizes with Geert Wilders should have to pay it. And to be on the safe side, anyone with the last name "Wilders" should also pay. The money would have to be sent to the anti-Wilders movement, an organization that fights for a Wilders-free world where no Wilders tax is needed! Let's hope they achieve their goal, as the world would be a better place without idiots like Geert Wilders.
